The MCUs have a variety of types and shapes.
There are about 20 types of packages, from the 30-pin package in the 78K0 series, to the 176-pin package in the V850 series.
As interfaces for connecting IECUBE to these various packages, connectors, adapters, and probes are provided. These are described on this page.
In addition, the use of the optional adapter facilitates signal monitoring, height adjustment for connection, and evaluation on the actual device.
