DDR II SRAM / DDR II+ SRAM
This is a DDR (Double Data Rate) type SRAM that enables data to be read or written twice every clock. This product realizes a much higher transfer rate than conventional synchronous SRAM products. Adoption of BGA package is contributing to the reduction of SRAM mouniing area.
DDR II+ SRAM is SRAM that develops the specification of DDR II SRAM, and improves the performance in addition.
DDR II SRAM / DDR II+ SRAM is ideal for continuous read/write applications such as those used in the look-up tables of network switches and routers.
