Digital LCD TVs


The backlight of LCD TVs uses a backlight inverter circuit for lighting cold-cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFLs) or external electrode fluorescent lamps (EEFLs), which are fluorescent tubes.

We provide low on-resistance MOSFETs suitable for multiple-lamp half-bridge or full-bridge 24V input for backlight inverters. Furthermore, our highly functional microcontrollers with a built-in timer and highly accurate PWM waveforms are ideal for inverter control.
